These are the basic services provided when scheduling a session. Bodywork encompasses customized therapeutic massage in its broader application. Bodywork treatments are not limited to a style like Swedish or deep tissue, nor is it limited to a technique like lymphatic drainage or orthopedic massage rather it is the sum knowledge of all the education and experience the practitioner has acquired. 

Energy work can be used in the form of Meditation and Breathe work, Reiki and Quantum Field Healing, as well as through education about environment and nutritional factors affecting health. All these forms of medicine are considered to be the least invasive form of healing intervention but can also get to the root causes of many of our issues.The focus of this work is to deepen the connection to self and others. This work is best received when synchronized with earths natural cycles, including the season and the lunar months. 

Movement therapy is a combination of sports therapies mixed with personal training geared toward corrective exercises for injury prevention, mobility work to improve movement efficiency, and stability work to help improve balance and endurance strength. This work is accomplished with personal training services, assisted stretching, hydrotherapy, percussion therapy, CBD therapy, and athletic taping. 

Some of the services mentioned above are add on services that can be incorporated with other treatments for a truly customized experience gear toward helping you perform optimally. Rates are based on in-service treatment. Out-call services will be applied an additional charge based on mileage. Some services are exclusive to in-house sessions. Communicate with your therapist to accommodate add on services accordingly.
