What first fueled your passion for fitness?

My mother has always inspired me; her example pushed me to optimize my health and fitness from a young age. I was also inspired by my father, who maintained his health through discipline and respect for nature. But really, it was my battle with suicidal thinking that solidified my passion for mining healthy behaviors and daily disciplines. This passion has led to a successful career in the health and fitness industry, where my desire to help others fuels my pursuit of health optimization.

This $20k could be a game changer in helping me help more people! In Aug 2022, I finally decided to start a 20+ years passion project, Bodywork Technologies, a lifestyle health and wellness company whose mission is to move the hearts and minds of many through touch. $20k would help me launch a complete marketing and branding campaign, with MH&F exposure, to help many more people optimize healthy living and ultimately push the understanding and effectiveness of Bodywork Technologies.
