Publications

Though I am still working on publishing a book, I have had experience with publishing articles. Below is a link to an article i wrote that incorporates healthy living tips but focuses on the 5 principles of reiki.

The 5 principles of Reiki are;

Just for today;

     Do not get angry

     Do not worry

     Be kind

     Be Grateful

     Work hard (or as I am starting to say "Be productive")

Be sure to check out this article and the many more I've written!

While this article was not written by me, I was mentioned as an honored sponsor for Tu Casa Inc.'s 2nd Annual Dance for a Cause event to help raise money for the Tu Casa organization who helps victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. They also help to educate the community on a variety of topics useful to everyone!

Below is a link to the local newspaper in which I have been mentioned mostly for my involvments with the community. One of my favorites is the Holiday Helpers service project in which a group of student leaders gathered to bring holiday cheer to local nursing homes. The event calendar is in regards to a community forum I put together on the topic of Marriage Equality in Colorado. Either way I hope you enjoy these articles as well
